Shifts:

• Shifts: Days 6AM - 6PM; Nights 6PM - 6AM
• Shift allowance: Days +£0.25 per hour; Nights +£1.00 per hour
• 4on 4off Nights + £1.70 per hour; 4on 4off Days + £1.10 per hour

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for several Food Production Operatives to work in a large food production and distribution site in Carlisle. The Role: As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as follows:

• Packing of customer product as per required specification
• Basic quality checks of product
• General production duties
• Some lifting of product
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
• Work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
• This is a fast-moving environment; all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times
• General duties outlined by your shift supervisor

Requirements: As a Food Production Operative, you will have the following:

• Ability to start immediately and are looking for long-term work
• Previous food production experience not needed
